✔ Create detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.

✔ Oversee material selection, finishes, and compliance with building codes.
✔ Present concepts to stakeholders and modify designs based on feedback.
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
✅ 2+ years of experience in planning & interior design (real estate projects preferred).
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite.
✅ Strong portfolio showcasing residential/commercial designs.
✅ Knowledge of green building/sustainable design (advantage).
